When I finally contacted the real manager, I was ignored until I posted a public review. After more than two months of delays, poor communication, and misrepresentation, the only resolution offered was a refund. For anyone expecting professionalism, reliability, or transparency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The frustration and wasted time simply aren’t worth it. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because I eventually received a refund — but that came far too late to make up for the experience.
