I had a great experience working with this company. They helped me problem solve, worked with my budget, and most importantly made great quality packaging.

Great customer service! Helped us get an order on time, though communication surrounding tracking numbers was a little iffy, it all worked out in the end and they were very pleasant to work with. We also loved our product.

Ordered a second round of boxes from this business and was blown away. Boxes came in about a week. Glossy finish was beautiful and the logo print is very sharp. Wish every business communicated and executed as well as they do! I have my supplier and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I ordered ice cream cups from Custom Boxes Market, and they delivered espresso cups. I have been chasing for a refund for 5 weeks, which has not been issued. I have had many phone conversations stating this has been issued, but no reply to 20+ emails. Please resolve this ASAP.

Terrible company and a very disappointing experience. We ordered boxes in a specific shape and construction, but what we received was clearly defective: the flaps do not close properly, the boxes are misshapen, and the final shape is not what we requested. The problem is clearly visible in the photos.

What makes it even worse is that the company refuses to acknowledge the defect and insists that the product was made correctly instead of trying to resolve the issue.

I would not recommend this company if you care about accurate manufacturing, compliance with the agreed specifications, and proper handling of complaints.

I was skeptical with their pricing being lower than competitors but our Mylar bags came out perfectly. The quality is great and I’m extremely happy with our purchase and will buy from them

James handled our order for trade show bags and they were perfect! Arrived on-time despite a tight deadline. Was particularly impressed with the timely and frequent phone and email communications with real, live customer service staff.

I reached out to this company looking for someone to take on my request of a single custom box with custom artwork and dimensions. I had exhausted every other avenue, but despite the fact that they don't normally do single orders, they took my request anyway. Kent Wade, their sales executive, communicated with me every step of the way. I was extremely satisfied with their art designer for putting this thing together. If I ever need something like this done again in the future, they'll most definitely have my business again

They were easy to get in touch with and handled my order with professionalism. They were the fastest to respond to my inquiry and also gave me the best price out of the 8 companies that I contacted. I was able to make plenty of edits to the design with no questions asked from my sales rep, Kent. The boxes arrived in a few weeks and in perfect condition. The biggest thing for me was the stellar communication from Kent; he was in touch with me every step of the way. Nothing but respect for Custom Boxes Market.
