We ordered boxes in a specific shape and construction, but what we received was clearly defective: the flaps do not close properly, the boxes are misshapen, and the final shape is not what we requested. The problem is clearly visible in the photos.

What makes it even worse is that the company refuses to acknowledge the defect and insists that the product was made correctly instead of trying to resolve the issue.

I would not recommend this company if you care about accurate manufacturing, compliance with the agreed specifications, and proper handling of complaints.
