We just got our first order. The experience was A+: great graphics, excellent quality and timing, and very smooth communication.

I chose Custom Boxes Market based on their positive reviews and customization options, but the experience was unacceptable. After quality issues with the first production run, a reproduction was agreed upon, yet communication nearly disappeared. Deadlines slipped repeatedly with no updates or accountability. To make matters worse, I was misled by my "sales executive" claiming to be the manager when he wasn’t, delaying my ability to reach someone who could actually resolve the problems. When I finally contacted the real manager, I was ignored until I posted a public review. After more than two months of delays, poor communication, and misrepresentation, the only resolution offered was a refund. For anyone expecting professionalism, reliability, or transparency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The frustration and wasted time simply aren’t worth it. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because I eventually received a refund — but that came far too late to make up for the experience.
