I ordered ice cream cups from Custom Boxes Market, and they delivered espresso cups. I have been chasing for a refund for 5 weeks, which has not been issued. I have had many phone conversations stating this has been issued, but no reply to 20+ emails. Please resolve this ASAP.

Terrible company and a very disappointing experience. We ordered boxes in a specific shape and construction, but what we received was clearly defective: the flaps do not close properly, the boxes are misshapen, and the final shape is not what we requested. The problem is clearly visible in the photos.

What makes it even worse is that the company refuses to acknowledge the defect and insists that the product was made correctly instead of trying to resolve the issue.

I would not recommend this company if you care about accurate manufacturing, compliance with the agreed specifications, and proper handling of complaints.

I reached out to this company looking for someone to take on my request of a single custom box with custom artwork and dimensions. I had exhausted every other avenue, but despite the fact that they don't normally do single orders, they took my request anyway. Kent Wade, their sales executive, communicated with me every step of the way. I was extremely satisfied with their art designer for putting this thing together.
