They were easy to get in touch with and handled my order with professionalism. They were the fastest to respond to my inquiry and also gave me the best price out of the 8 companies that I contacted. I was able to make plenty of edits to the design with no questions asked from my sales rep, Kent. The boxes arrived in a few weeks and in perfect condition. The biggest thing for me was the stellar communication from Kent; he was in touch with me every step of the way. Nothing but respect for Custom Boxes Market.

I have worked with them on a few projects now and they have been fantastic! They are able to meet my tight deadlines and have been very flexible when it comes to any changes to the orders. Their pricing has been great too! I definitely recommend! Great quality, large selection of products, easy ordering process and good prices.

I ordered custom “McMarried” boxes for my wedding and they came out perfect. The quality is excellent sturdy, vibrant, and beautifully printed.

The whole process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything arrived exactly as expected. These added such a fun, elevated touch to my event everyone loved them.

Highly recommend if you want custom packaging that actually looks high-end.

I had a great experience working with this company. The communication was smooth and professional throughout the entire process, and they were very patient with all my questions and requests.

The boxes turned out beautiful — the quality is excellent, the colors are exactly as expected, and the overall finish feels premium. You can really tell they pay attention to detail.

I also appreciated the design support and the revision process, which made it easy to achieve exactly what I had in mind.

I’m very happy with the final result and will definitely continue working with them for my future packaging needs. Highly recommended!

I chose Custom Boxes Market based on their positive reviews and customization options, but the experience was unacceptable. After quality issues with the first production run, a reproduction was agreed upon, yet communication nearly disappeared. Deadlines slipped repeatedly with no updates or accountability.

To make matters worse, I was misled by my "sales executive" claiming to be the manager when he wasn’t, delaying my ability to reach someone who could actually resolve the problems. When I finally contacted the real manager, I was ignored until I posted a public review.

After more than two months of delays, poor communication, and misrepresentation, the only resolution offered was a refund. For anyone expecting professionalism, reliability, or transparency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The frustration and wasted time simply aren’t worth it.

The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because I eventually received a refund — but that came far too late to make up for the experience.
